SB 51 spurs green real estate development

With the High Performance Building Act (S.B. 51) in effect as of September 1, 2007, the Alliance for Sustainable Colorado today applauded the leadership by state government in spurring green real estate development in the public and private sectors, and further propelling Colorado’s burgeoning sustainable economy.
Housing Organizations Receive $400,000 in Grants from the Colorado Association of REALTORS(R) Housing Opportunity Foundation

The Colorado Association of REALTORS(R) Housing Opportunity Foundation (CARHOF) has announced that 80 Colorado non-profit housing organizations who provide affordable housing programs statewide will receive grants totaling $485,124.65. The funds will go to support both programmatic and operating costs.
