DENVER – October 17, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — FEMA mitigation specialists will offer building tips at home improvement stores in Boulder, Estes Park, Greeley and Longmont on Thursday, Oct. 17 through Tuesday, Oct. 22.

Specialists have suggestions and publications to help homeowners, renters and business owners protect their properties and limit damages from future extreme weather events. Mitigation measures also may reduce mold and mildew, protect electrical systems, furnaces and appliances.
