Special Open House on February 27th Will Showcase Jefferson Park Townhome and Latest Creations from Award-Winning Artist

DENVER, CO – February 14, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Stacy Neir, a leading Broker Associate with Kentwood City Properties, and award-winning artist Michael Gadlin, will host a special “Art of Living” event on Sunday, February 27, 2011 from noon to 3 p.m. at a luxury townhome located at 2525 Bryant Street in Denver’s Jefferson Park neighborhood.

The Art of Living event provides an excellent opportunity for attendees to tour a beautifully appointed, newly-constructed townhome and view Gadlin’s latest art creations.  Participants can purchase an autographed edition of Gadlin’s Telluride Festival of the Arts limited edition commemorative poster.  The poster, which normally retails for $100, may be purchased for just $50 at the event.

The townhome in Jefferson Park offers three bedrooms, five baths and 2,189 square feet of finished living space for $565,000.  The residence showcases top-of-the-line finishes and extraordinary views of downtown Denver from nearly every room.  The townhome is part of a larger development called Bryant 25, which includes a total of eight luxury residences.

“We hope to inspire home buyers and art collectors alike, and not just to purchase the home, but to do so with the artwork in it,” said Neir.  “The home and the art flow together so well that it just makes sense to create a partnership where we could showcase them together.”

“Creating art, for me, is about the process of inspiration and the ability to share my vision to others through my artwork,” said Gadlin.  “I enjoy creating in new ways and looking at an idea from a different angle, one that intimately invites people into my world.”

“With the addition of the Highland Bridge, many homebuyers are priced out of the Lohi neighborhood because new construction inventory in this price point is becoming scarce,” said Neir.  “What many people forget about Jefferson Park is that it is remarkably close to downtown but still relatively affordable.”

Gadlin, a Colorado native, has been exhibiting his art throughout the United States for the past 15 years.  He was the youngest artist to win “Best in Show” at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, and one of his pieces is on permanent display at the Vance Kirkland Museum in Denver.

The poster that you can purchase at the Art of Living event was commissioned by the Cherry Creek Arts Festival and it subsequently won the prestigious IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Gold-Tie Award.  For more information on Michael Gadlin, visit www.gadlinscanvas.com.
