ADVICE FOR BUILDING SAFER AND STRONGER FROM FEMA SPECIALISTS

DENVER – October 3, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Mitigation specialists from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be in Greeley, Littleton, Longmont, Louisville, Monument and N Lakewood to provide free rebuilding information Thursday, Oct. 3, through Tuesday, Oct. 8.

Advisers have suggestions and publications to help homeowners, renters and business owners protect their properties against damaging winds, floods and fires, and reduce damages from future events. Mitigation measures also may reduce mold and mildew and protect electrical systems, furnaces and other appliances.
