Fourth Annual LoDo Loft Tour to Benefit Family Homestead Non-profit for Homeless Families
DENVER, CO – July 8, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — HomeSteaders, the auxiliary support group for the non-profit Family HomeStead organization, will host its Fourth Annual LoDo Loft Tour on Sunday, July 24, 2011 from 2-5 p.m. Family HomeStead provide
s emergency and transitional housing and case management for homeless families with dependent children.
The four featured lofts in Lower Downtown Denver include the one-of-a-kind Starek Loft in the Volker Building listed by Aimee Twarogowski of Kentwood City Properties. Participants in the tour will also view a Rock Mountain Warehouse loft that combines the two units to create a cozy home with ample space for entertaining. With classic historic lofts as the mainstay, the tour showcases a cool, contemporary Street Car Stables penthouse with spacious terrace overlooking Union Station. Light food fare at The Ice House and musicians at select lofts will add a touch of class to the event.
The Starek Loft, designed by Alice Starek and fellow members of the Rocky Mountain Architectural Artisans Guild, is a true functional work of art offering a great location across from the Pepsi Center. Priced at $1,650,000, this exquisite loft offers two bedrooms, two baths, 2,319 finished square feet, and a one-car attached garage.
