DENVER, CO – April 22, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Five leading real estate professionals with Kentwood City Properties are sponsoring the 13th Annual Washington Park Home Tour scheduled for Saturday, May 7, 2011. Dee Chirafisi, Brian and Jamie Harris, Erin Rule and Donna Ryan will greet participants at a Kentwood City booth during the popular event that showcases five distinctive homes representing several unique styles throughout the east side of Washington Park in Denver.

“We are all specialists in the Washington Park neighborhood and are proud to sponsor this year’s tour benefiting Steele Elementary School,” said Chirafisi. “Visitors will receive valuable market statistics about Washington Park in the tour tote bags and kids will love the balloons at our booth. Participants in the Washington Park Home Tour can begin the tour at any featured home or at Steele Elementary School located at 320 S. Marion Parkway. Tickets are $15 when purchased online at www.washparkhometour.com or $20 on the day of the tour. Five percent of each ticket sold will be donated to the Denver Public Schools Educational Outreach Program that helps homeless DPS students attend school during difficult times. Some of the homes featured in the tour highlight the history of the unique Washington Park neighborhood, while others fuse the old and the new. The homes are all spectacular. The tour runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in conjunction with a plant sale, barbeque, raffle, art show and live performances at Steele Elementary from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will also be a scavenger hunt for pictures of objects from the homes that spell out “Wash Park Home Tour” on the brochure cover.
