SUBSIDIZED RENTAL HOUSING VACANCIES AT 6.7 PERCENT
December 30, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) -- Statewide vacancies in subsidized, deed-restricted units rose to 6.7 percent during the third quarter, while vacancy rates in non-subsidized, market-rate units were slightly higher at 7.4 percent.
